Sludge, high protein meal

I have always been a lazy cook, so I usually go for easy-to-do and fast recipes. Just the other day I came over this superb recipe for people on a diet, or actually any people that would like a tasty and healthy meal.

"You should eat your calories, not drink them. It satisfies the satiety sensation better." -Tonje Olsen.

Sludge:
70 grams whey protein (I use chocolate milkshake flavour)
A little water
99 grams blueberries

Plain sludge (about 196 calories)

How to do it:
Measure up the protein powder in a bowl (70 grams = about 2,5 scoops if you dont have a food weight), and add small amounts of water while stirring. You want a firm, but wet consistency. Then add the blueberries, or any other berries you might prefer and stirr them in. Its as simple as that!

If you also want carbs, you can add 1 cup (2,3 dl) oats/oatmeal before you add water.

Sludge with oatmeal (about 436 calories)
I made both types today, and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete each of them. The plain sludge tastes almost like a chocolate dessert with sweet berries. While the one with oatmeal tastes more rough and dry. Both of them fill the stomach nicely and gives a nice satiety sensation.

Good luck trying out this tasty meal. And remember: if Im able to cook this, so are you!
