A bit of my life in pictures the last days, preparing for diet!!

Again we had a period of exams, and as always: After exams I have a total deload from the duties in life ;) at least I prioritize! (Sounds good right, but my conscience is dark - it's hard to don't do what is expected from you!)

So what have I've been doing??

Well - in short: I've been preparing to start my diet - in 14 days from now - I will start dieting. It's time to see whats under there!
You may think: thats a long time of preparations: But you know what, If you gonna start a hard diet - the most important thing to do: is to be mentally prepared!

It will be a time with less energy, and that counts both for school, training, and daily life. There will also be a time that's strict when it comes to what I put in my mout, and maybe also some hunger! And a time where I'm gonna be more fixated to the esthetics than ever.

Goals:
Low fat percentage, hard muscles and vascularity (to a certain level)



Sooo
I have been training hard (enjoying the energy surplus I'm getting from the food now):











I've been eating allot of good meals, drinking good wine and beer and enjoying life with friends (On the diet there will be NO alcohol, and no "good food"!! wich also equals there will not be socializing with friends including alcohol or food - I in example rather stay away from the restaurants than being the picky one.) I must admit it will be a major challenge attending birthday partys! :

No more beer in the sun.

No more wine to the food.

No more not bringing own food during travels.

No hamburgers.

No more NO food!

 Enjoying my hometown, Kongsberg (I'm still here and staying for a few more days) Not that I can't enjoy my hometown on the diet: But there will be some months before I see it again :)





So! This is the status right now:
Feeling more and more mentally prepared to start dieting! :) Looking forward to see what muscles has developed under there ;)

Monday! Set the standard for the rest of the week

Monday again! And it's spring time!
After a easy weekend, it's time to hit the high gear again!

Nice place for a walk or run ;)
And I must say I'm quite positive for the time that will come now:
Spring, starting a new minor in my education (a Training minor<3) - which suits me perfectly! good workouts coming up, and the 25th I'm going to norway to see my beloved ones! Whats not to like?!


My training schedule now looks like this:

Mon - Chest, arms and abs + cardio 15-20 min

Tue - Shoulders and back + cardio 15-20 min
Wed - legs
Thu - Rest
Fri - Chest, arms and abs + cardio 15-20 min
Sat - Shoulders and back + cardio 15- 20 min
Sun - Rest
Just chilling' in the sun


Still living on a calorie surplus, eating the same things, but I expects som body composition changes when all this cardio is suddenly included ;)


The workouts is short with high intencity!! So I must admitt I have to go through my brain some rounds to find the spark making me give a maximum effort! (set the brain!)

Tips when the weather is getting warmer:
Do your workout in the morning!
While there is still no people in the gym, it's still a bearable temperature, and you have not been to lazy because of the sun! - then you can go through the rest of the day with a good feeling, and it's easier to keep on doing healthy choices ;)



DONE!! 






 Today I skipped my worst nightmare, and took a run in the park instead!
But still keeping an intensity making me sound like walrus running through the woods :P


If you have nature close, use it!! ;)


BTW, if you're a poor student, or just wanna save some money:
Buy food in large quantities: and put it in the freezer! :)

weigh your food, and put it in plastic bags ;) So you have a portion ready when you're cooking :) Saves time too!

(Don't forget to take it out the day before :P )

FIBO POWER :D


06.30 saturday 13 of april a gang of fitnessfreaks, two amazing couples headed towards the biggest meeting point for bodybuilders, weight training and material arts in Europe.

Rented a car for the visit ;)

We stayed 13 and 14 of April walking around in the endless labyrint of halls - but stayed for the most in the location of Fibo Power ;)

Only minus - was aching feet for two days after de event :P But yeah, It was worth it ;)
