Why hit the gym when you can hit your room?

Sunday = tired day - day after sitting up all night watching Arnold Classic! :D

I must say I really admire all the athletes who have reached that kind of level - they work hard, and it's literally blood sweat and tears that is needed to get there.
I think I will go that far to say that I think bodybuilding, and competitions in that category - are the most demanding sports in the world! You are not only supposed to train hard, but also eat right, get better and better for every day that goes, know your posing and give a good presentation of yourself on the scene. What you see on the scene has taken decades to build!!
It's not just a sport, but it's a lifestyle!

So since I was awake all night, today has been a day of studying and relaxation, and since the gym closes at 3 (waaay to early :P) - I did the workout in my room today!

Everyday I have to do something getting me closer ty MY goals, AND there is 182 days left in my calendar ;)
Equipment used: Gymnastic rings!
They are perfect - and within 45minutes I did a TOTAL body workout - including muscles you didn't even know existed ;)

You can totally adjust how hard the training is, and what body part you want to use.
Since they are an unstable surface, you train your coordination and the stability of your joints - at the same time you are training strength, endurance and your core muscles :D

Later I will come up with some exercises you can use ;)
If you don't want to buy rings, you can simply use two ropes! Cheap and easy!
