The ride was for 49km
Slow tempo - Low intensity steady state cardio :)
Today it actually was a rest day from the training, so this was a restitution trip - buuuut I think I will get pretty sore tomorrow :P Cause this is a activity I'm not used to do!
But still it's nice to do something different to stay motivated :)
It's day 179 in my calendar, and what measures have I done to reach my goals so far today?
I have:
- Followed the diet
- Walked to and from the school
- Done something to give me more motivation (Nothing I love more than being in the sun!)
- I've been active
- I've been working on my endurance!! ;)
(YES, I do have to write it down - it helps to keep the motivation up, and when it's written it means so much more than if it's said or thought)
Do you have any goals? Or wishes for the future?
- well, write them down ;) Start easy - by doing 1 thing everyday to get closer to it :)
