Status update week 7

HI! We're back in business! Sorry for the lack of posts this week, but it has been really hard to get into routines with school and everything! But promise you to keep up now ;)

Measuring day today!!!
After holidays,  lack of cardio, no crossfit and too many cheat days (or simply going to wild on the cheat day!) :-O 
BUT! Everything is not destroyed you know - if you have done something right for many weeks, one week can't destroy it all ;) You body is still under construction - and as I said before - if you have taken one step back, just take two steps forward ;)
Next week I will put up the pictures from before we started our regimens, together with the status right now - so you (and we) clearly can se how the progression has been :)


Tonje's results from today compared to last week:
Waist: 67cm (0)
Hips: 77cm (-0,5cm)
Thighs: 57,5cm (-1cm L & R)
Arms: 31cm (+0.5 L)




Abs are sloooowly coming up! :)


Tonje: I'm not quite satisfied today, even I knew that what I was doing during the holidays didn't correspond with my goals, and that I was prepared to not se the greatest improvements today! And that was a choice I took; to enjoy the vacation, and not be to strict! (I do regret a little on that choice today)
But to look at it from the bright side, and turn it into something positive:
Sometimes that is what you need to keep up the motivation! So lets say I created a boost in my motivation ;) It's also important to learn not to be too hard on yourself, something I have to really work on! - So now I will try to think about the positive aspects, to teach my body and mind that it's not the end of the world! :)

Emil's results today compared to las week:
Waist: 88 cm (+1)
Hip: 96 cm (+1,5)
Thighs: 64 cm (0)
Chest: 103 cm (-1)
Arms: 39 cm (-0,5/0)





Emil: Last week was winter vacation and I skipped the cardio and core workouts. Mainly because I think they are they are really boring. But now I see how important they are for my progress. So it was interesting to see how much of a difference those workouts really give. I will for sure not to this mistake again (I hope). Im super motivated to train hard again, and see them gains come again :)
