and decided to make a movie from a part of it ;)

Today we did a total body workout (That’s what we do these days! Trying to wish Mr.AdiposeTissue a good journey!)
and decided to make a movie from a part of it ;)
In it you will find:
- Barbell Squat
- Barbell glute bridge
- Pistol squats

In this movie we are doing low reps, but many series when it comes to the squat. This is to increase the maximal strength.
If you have another goal, this are may not the correct training method for you.
So, first: Find out what you want to achieve with your training, then choose the right method to get there ;)
Note!!
When doing a squat, I would recommend to
use shoes with a flat thin sole, no cushioning or fancy shit! If you don’t have
shoes that are not fancy, go for socks! :p (But
yes, there are places this is not allowed!)
The reason why I want the flat thin sole is because when you have better contact with the floor (or whatever you decide to stand on) – you get better stability and balance. Because of better proprioception.

And if you want to lift heavy weights
avoiding injuries – stability and control during the movement is the key! ;)
