Sometimes, it’s hard to be goal oriented! (+ videos)

Today we had our bachelor presentation; we have been working for this in 5 long lasting months now! Blood, sweat, tears and a ton of patience! - Almost killed each other along the journey as well! It takes a lot of effort to work in groups – everybody has to be satisfied, and everybody have different opinions. That’s how we humans are created! Or else we would be a bunch of sheep, chewing grass because everybody else did it.

But now we finally got some credits for our hard work! :D

What did we do to celebrate?! We had a fu*** hard workout!! ;P
While the others in the class are drinking beer on the teachers bill!

Yeah, it would be fun to have a blast too! (actually I would love that!)
But, as I quoted before: “Never trade what you want the most for what you want at the moment!”

To reach your goals can be compared to climbing a mountain! You climb slowly towards the top for each day that goes. And if you want to climb it as fast as possible, don’t let anything drag you down! Then it’s only higher up when you wake up next morning!

But yes, now I could maybe seem a little high on myself right! That’s absolutely not my intention; It’s also kind of hard to sit here – knowing others are having fun! And that’s exactly the point! Sometime you have to offer something to get what you want! No matter what’s the context.
That’s why it’s important to remind yourself of why you are doing things the way you do!

So what did we do as a workout today:
We did mechanical drop sets on both chest and back!Bench press (3sets, aiming for 8reps for every “mechanical drop”), rowing(3 sets) and pull down(2sets)! If you tried it – you know that’s HARD! Can still feel my lats burning!
Here is the video of mechanical drop sets to punish those lats (better quality than last time I uploaded it!!, but still not good :P)

We also included other exercises to be sure we got through all muscle of the body! ;)
Unfortuantly we did not film it today, since we needed assistance – to get out the last drop of energy in all of the muscles! TOTAL failure in other words! ;)
Here is the link where you can read about Mechanical Drop Sets

Exercise of the day:
Goblet squats!

Have a nice evening :D
