So, today I was able to convince Emil to
join a crossfit session!
This was the first one for me in like 2 months!

And it was hard; today we did 5RFT (5
Rounds for time)
Buy in 50 Double unders (DU)
5RFT
10 push ups
20 Kettle bell(KB) snatch (10 on each arm)
30 sit ups
40 KB cleans (20 on each arm)
Buy out 50 DU
This means that you have to start with 50
double unders, before going onto doing 5 rounds of the exercises described, and
then do 50 double unders after you are finished with the 5 rounds! And of course, finnish it as fast as you can!!
Me and Emil are that lucky that we are not
able to perform double unders (something wrong with coordination and brain
capacity I think :P)
So we had to do 150 normal jumps with rope! – LOVELY :P

As weight for the KB exercises, we used 12 Kg
Here is the scoreboard from today! And now it's official that I beat Emil with 7minutes and 2 seconds :P BUUURN!!!

You may wonder what a Kettle bell snatch
and Kettle bell clean is, we planned to film this! But after the workout, we
agreed to find a film on youtube instead! Rest of the night I will not even
lift a finger!
