Now we are soon done with week 4 of our diets and exercise programms ;)

the exercise programme, and you will be able to take a bigger part in it!

Comments:
The weight seems to stabilize now, and
stands still, just how I like it! I really don’t want to loose any weight, I
only want to shape my body and decrease the fat percentage – so this is perfect
for me :D

My goal is to do this as a slow process,
and that is what happens now.. But I can feel that I also get a little impatient,
and know exactly what is necessary to make the process go faster – BUT I have
to be strict to myself and stay to the plan! Be patient! (not my strongest side!! :P )

Slowly loosing a few cm and kg here and there each week, which Im quite satisfied with. Taking it slow and controlled. Looking forward to next week when we start on a new training program.
