It will take no more than 20 minutes in total! ;)
(Depending on your physique of course, but the intention is to have a certain speed during the session and that you push yourself) If you use longer time, the weights you are using is too heavy!!! Don’t go too hard the first time you try this one, it will be hard no matter what! Aim for a weight you can do 20(Max 25) repetitions with, and let the game begin!
So how does it look:
Bench press 20 repetitions
Squats 20 repetitions
Clean and press 20 repetitions
For 3 rounds
2 min rest between the rounds
No rest between the different sets!

Other
tings happening now is that Emil and I have started on my self created super
training program! Had the first session yesterday, and it was awesome :D
We trained: Shoulders, back and biceps.+ intense intervals, and some easy cardio for 20 min after that!
Today it will be Legs, Chest and triceps! + intervals at the end!
Now it’s time to get ready for today’s workout! Gonna be a hard one!!
