So as I promised you, a little update from the workout today :)
We are working extra hard this weeks, because of our 2 cheat days this weekend! :-O
As you saw in the earlier post, we where at the carnival in Gronau, and when you are in Germany, you also have to eat some of the traditional “food” they have there of course! ;) So on the menu was candy, jelly donut and bratwurst!! I did regret that the day after, not only because of my conscience but also my major sugar hangover!!
That says something about what sugar actually does to your body! But when you are eating it everyday, you won’t notice, but try to quit all sugar for a period – and then eat it! Your body will hate you, and punish you with a great headache and laziness!
But the best way to get rid of it, is to get back into routines! And yes we have! :D
Had a intense workout yesterday, and even more intense one today!
You could litterly see the smoke coming out of Emil’s ears when I screamed ONE MOOORE, PUSH!!!!
But now we are friends again, I hope ;)
