As I said, I have started doing cardio again!! From 0 too 15-20 minutes 4 days a week. So I put in the cardio after I'm done with the strenght training, which today consisted of shoulders and back! :D

Well, I will complain no more, but as you might understand: Cardio isn't exactly my favourite... BUT:
okey then, this machine is actually really good! For example in my case, I got some knee problems making me not able to run, so then I can walk on this thing - and reach the same pulse if not higher than I would in running!

Today in example I have walked 1118 steps in 15 minutes! Thats fu*** heavy! at least for me, and it's creating an acidic environment (ohh yeah, GH come to mee! ;) )
So a tip for you guys having some joint issues: find a stair machine, some stairs, or a looong hill/mountain to walk up! ;)
(if you cant find a long enough keeping you going for 15 min, go backwards down, before up again ;)
YOU CAN DO IT! ;)
