Day 180 - Food tip, leg and chest day!

Hands in the air!
So today there is 180 days left of my calendar, yesterday and today, have been somewhat hard!
Struggle with my energy levels, and I have cravings for everything!! Feels like all I do is sleeping and training!
Smiiiiile bitch!!
It has been hard to get my ass to the gym!! But - the hardest part is to get that body out of the cough and out of the door - I did some pep-talking to myself - and don't you think I managed it??
Oh yeah! I made it! ;) Today was leg and chest day - a fu*** hard workout - but I think we (me and Emil) both nailed it :D
And now the feeling of satisfaction are sneaking up! ;)
- it usually does when you have done something that needs a little effort ;)
Moral: You never regret that you have done a workout!

Todays dinner:

Salmon
Sweet potato
Onion
Lemon
with pepper and salt!!
Simple, easy peasy to make, tastes good, and healthy too!

Cut into peaces - and put in the oven for 15-20min on 200degrees!
 EAT!



A tree!
I dont know why, but I like trees!
They are so stable, always reaching for the sky - higher and higher!
They are always down to earth, no matter how high they reach! - that's an attitude every person should have ;)

Humility is something to appreciate!
